Using a steel structure that has been cut, bent and welded, artist Robert JAYET will bring to life these magnificent figures from Africa and Australia.
Very spindly, probably inspired by Giacometti, these figures soar and move, they are the guardians of their entity.
The sculpture entitled ‘COUPLE TENDRESSE’ depicts a Masai Couple whose heads, hands and feet have been cast in bronze, with an ebony-black patina on the body. It rests on a white marble base.
It is unique and signed by the artist, dated 2020. Height 105 cm
